WIP Space is coming to Wapping. We're opening 13 new studios for creative practitioners on Wapping High Street, E1W, from Autumn 2026 — all inclusive, starting from £348/month.

Suitable for artists, makers, designers, architects and creative industry practitioners. These studios are not subsidised like our Wentworth House space, but are competitively priced for the area.

  • All studios are on a 12 month Licence agreement

  • 2 months' deposit is required.

  • Monthly payment in advance, as above.

  • Either party may terminate with 2 months' notice at any point during the term.
